The Speech Therapists at Speech & Language Therapy Associates, Inc. are fortunate to have a dedicated and multi-talented team. We have come from many different backgrounds within our field allowing us to develop different specialties. We are skilled in the assessment and intervention of oral motor movement, speech, developmental verbal apraxia, social language, language development, language based auditory processing, and challenges surrounding autism spectrum disorder. We are also blessed to have a variety of disciplines at the same site that help to educate us in the sensory, musical, and physical needs of the client's. SLTA, Inc. actively promotes and supports the education of its staff and consequently, we are trained in a variety of post-professional skills that keep us up to date, fresh, and on the cutting edge of intervention. These include training in PROMPT, Floor Time, NDT, oral motor assessment and feeding intervention including SOS intervention, and specialized area of study in the best practices for Autism Spectrum Disorders and many more.
